According to my checking account, shipping was charged on all the items I ordered: 2 HP laptops and 2 HP printers. All items were supposed to be free shipping. My order details show shipping was deducted but when my card was processed it was added on. Please explain.”

    Hi @jade74. I checked these orders and do show they all received free shipping. Since it is a promotional offer, you may be seeing a higher authorization amount which will be adjusted once the charge settles.
