I made a mistake in my shipping address and order went to wrong address. It is being returned per the shipper but HSN advises that I have to reorder and repay – guess they never make mistakes.

While we are unable to resend a returned item, or change the destination during shipping, I can assure you that a full refund will be issued once the order is processed.
