SHIPPING
Why is everything tacking so long to ship? I have several items that have “processing” for over 2 weeks! If you do not have the product to ship, don’t sell it, or the very least communicate that there is a delay.
I same issue is happening at QVC.

First time buying on HSN, the shipping is ridiculous. Ordered over a week ago, still in process. Will be my first and last order from HSN. Amazon is the place.

I’m sorry for the concern this has caused, @henrysue. I see we expected arrival of your order by 11/18. I’ve checked the tracking and see the expected delivery date is Wednesday, November 20 by 9:00 P.M. I have placed $5 an in-store credit (Spendable KA$H, valid through 1/14/2025) on your account for the inconvenience. I sincerely hope you will reconsider and keep shopping with HSN!

I agree!And when it does ship it takes forever to get!Stuff i ordered on the 16th wont get here till the 28th…..Hsn used to be fast to get now very long…..They must have whoever runs QVC ship dept running HSN now..I was gonna order a few clearance items today but decided not to because of there slow process…..I went to Amazon and got same items for a little more but will have by sat with prime shipping…HSNs loss!

I certainly agree with what you are saying! It seems that everything stays in “packaging” mode for more than 5-7 days. My last order took over 10 days to make it to delivery. This sure is typical of what is going on at QVC!
