Shipping updates
Why is the app not showing shipping updates? Are there technical issues? Doesn’t make any sense. There always seems to be be one issue or another with the app.

Sometimes the app can have delayed status updates for tracking, but you can always track the item via the email shipping confirmation or copy and paste the tracking number directly to the shipper’s (UPS/USPS) site. I attempted to track a few orders and they are tracking as normal through the app on an Android phone. Could it be that your order was very recently shipped and hasn’t made progress with the shipper yet? As a last resort you can clear the cache for the app through settings or completely uninstall and reinstall the app. I’m sorry for the long response, but I hope this helps.
