Shipping time

On 08/28/19 I ordered 4 item including the TS from Korres.
2 of the 3 item shipped, another 2 still showing packaging, WHY?????
Why taking so long!!!! Today is 08/31/19 still showing packaging.
Also the 2 item is already in my city / Stockton,ca and the UPS warehouse is 4 miles from me, yet. the ETA for delivery show 09/04/19. That’s unbelievable.

Packages are shipped as efficiently as possible to get orders out to our customers and then routed to the carriers according their hub destinations.
