Shipping Service
My order from Dec. 15th, stated it was shipped Dec. 17th and would arrive by Dec. 24th. I tracked my shipping, the label was made the 17th, but as of the 22nd it has not been taken to the UPS store. That is just out and out lying!!

Hello @gbarbie47 I truly apologize. I see the tracking has not updated on your order. We apologize as everyone is working hard to get orders out in time during peak season and while our delivery companies are experiencing delays that are out of our control. Please let us know if you do not receive your order by 9 PM tomorrow so, we can go over options.
