Shipping Problem Again
Please try and get the Warehouse to send out jackets ordered. 878-046 Faux leather 29.99 G by Giuliani. I have tried 2 times to get size large and the medium. Mt first order canceled due to my address? I am at my summer home. I spoke to a Supervisor Amber. She said she would keep an eye on my orders. Ensuring I would get them by Christmas. Please ship them today. Thank you.

If not updated the orders will usually cancel 10 days from the order date. As there is a holiday involved, our system may extend this “timeout” by one day. If canceled you will be automatically refunded. You should also automatically get the puffer tracking numbers via email. As soon as tracking is updated by the warehouse it populates in our system and is sent to you simultaneously. Customer service doesn’t have access to them any sooner.

I see your most recent 2 orders were delivered about 20 minutes ago, but if you are referring to the puffer jackets they haven’t been updated with tracking yet. They may arrive before the tracking is updated as I mentioned in the earlier comment. Since your email address is on file with us you should automatically get the puffer numbers via email, or you can log into your account and track them directly as soon as the numbers are added. Hello, I see the 2 orders placed 12/17/2025 have been sent to the warehouse to ship and are expected by 12/24/.2025. Since they will likely be expedited to get there in time you may receive them before you receive the tracking number(s,) but I wanted you to know they were in process.
