Shipping label created, payment made but no shipping. Why?

I ordered PS5 bundle thru flex pay and have paid my first installment because a shipping label was created, which is not fair. Current status shipping label create going on 5 days now. Take my money but never ship item. If you don’t have stock you shouldn’t be selling and taking peoples money. Very unhappy with HSN. So much for a birthday present arriving on time for my kid.
