Shipping issues with all of my orders
I have about 16 orders that have had shipping labels created from HSN’s processing and shipping facility but have not been delivered to UPS or USPS. It’s been over 10 days and they are just sitting somewhere at one of their processing facilities and the reason I know this, is because I contacted USPS and personally expressed my concerns on why aren’t my packages moving and remain in the pending status for many days? They told me a tracking number was created but they still haven’t received the packages. This is really bad when so many people spend their hard earned money at your online store!

I’m so very sorry these orders were delayed, and for the delayed response here, @rosebud007. In looking at your account, everything in that timeframe looks to have been shipped and delivered. If you have not received everything, we’re here to help! Let us know which order numbers to check for you if you still haven’t received what was expected.

There are 3 items still sitting in San Leandro, CA. right here today on 6/29 at your shipping facility in pending status… one since 6/8 and the other 2 since 6/15. It’s not a postal service mistake. I talked to them, they told me HSN created a label, but never turned over the merchandise to them. I had to call a few times to finally get them replaced by HSN. My point is, check out the shipping facility in San Leandro things are not moving…… Just saying!

Thank you for clarifying a bit, @rosebud007. I was able to locate the orders and I see that all of the original orders were sent from our HSN warehouse in Piney Flats, TN. All of those original orders were handed over to USPS within 24 hours of your purchases. The San Leandro location is not an HSN location, but a USPS location.
San Leandro is the USPS hub that then hands it over to your local San Bruno postmaster to complete your delivery. Something unexpected may have happened, and that is not information USPS provides unless/until an investigation is initiated, which we do anytime an order goes missing.
I have ensured there are notes on each of those orders so our fulfillment department can look into this for you and work to make sure this does not happen with future orders. I’m glad you contacted us, as we are always ready to help, and we want all of your orders to reach you without delay or trouble.

I have another order pending in San Leandro, Ca. Let’s see if it ever leaves that
“Black Hole” That’s what I’m going to call it from now on! I guess I will give it another 15 days! -
I’m sorry this has been an ongoing issue in your area, @rosebud007. Sadly, what is happening there is out of our control, and it may affect more than just HSN shipments. I recommend reaching out to your local postmaster. Through personal experience, I have found that USPS is good about addressing and correcting shipping issues.

I have!!!!! They told me they never received it from you!! Instead of telling me what I can do why don’t you tell me what you’re going to do!! Besides sitting back collecting customers money and assuming I work for you!!! Your job is not complete until your customers receive their merchandise!

My apologies, @rosebud007. My suggestion was provided only to help, as postmasters are often positively responsive to those they deliver to, and I have had luck with it in the past myself. We have reached out on your behalf to our fulfillment leadership to look into this issue as well.

I had an order that I got email that it shipped. When I didn’t receive it, I checked and only the label was created. There was no tracking number because it never shipped. I had to contact HSN to tell them they did not ship my order. WHY does the customer have to tell HSN that they never shipped an order? HSN should have CONTACTED ME to let me know I wasn’t receiving my order and automatically refund it. It seems shady the HSN does not do that. It is HSN responsibility to make sure every order has actually shipped before sending an email that it did ship. Also HSN should automatically replace the item or refund the account. The customer should not have to be responsible for letting HSN know that HSN up and didn’t ship order,. In my case HSN could not full fill my order because none were left. I ordered it early in day and plenty were left. HSN needs to do a better job. In making it right and contacting the manufacturer to full fill the order. Just saying they don’t have anymore is not acceptable. It is not the customers fault.
