Shipping fiasco

I’ve been shopping here for 25 years. Since there’s no b&m in my area I rely on HSN. I wanted three items today on clearance ( I have to wait until items clearance). All 3 equalled over $75 qualifying for free s&h. I didn’t want to charge to a credit card. Interest, ya know? So I wanted to do as I always do, get all 5 flex pays on a debit card with free shipping and 20% code today with some added spendable cash. Then just before touching place order, I see that EACH item will have a $5.95 additional amount withheld until order clears the bank. That’s almost $18 additional from my bank account just to use a debit card. I had to empty my cart and I’m really sad. I rely on HSN because they are BETTER than any B&M store. I’ll pay off my Hsn card and close my account. What else can I do? I want to let CS know that this new policy is Not inclusive of all household incomes. It will almost certainly cause HSN to lose customers. Whatever policy change that has caused this is a BAD idea and it doesn’t have to be this way. Equality and inclusivity? Treat all shoppers the same. Whether you make $100,00 or $30,000, don’t place hardships on top of a 7% inflation rate please. I need expensive medicine from my bank account as well. So if I’m forced to choose, I’ll have to give up my flex pay purchases thru my account and I refuse to incrue huge credit debt. Thank you for all the lovely things I’ve bought here over the last 25 years. Goodbye

    You know their new policy doesn’t really affect me!!I just wont buy anything when I feel I’m getting ripped off!
    But, what really ticks me off is the little guy, once again being messed up by these new ridiculous policies.Send a message and quit buying! See how fast they change their nasty attitude!
