Hello ,

I made a semi large Purchase on February 5th 2022 .

I can’t believe how the items arrived . I Purchase several Curtis stone stainless steel cloches & a couple of Colleen leather Jackets .

The packers placed the Heavy steel items on top of the Jackets without any type of care . My Jackets arrived balled up in plastic bags .
I have dents in the leather with the same pattern of the Cloches .

Not sure if you have meetings in regards to Customer shipping concerns, but I notice a pattern from certain shipping areas .

Most items in Household like Towels and Leather clothing items are never packed correctly . I purchase over 500 bucks of Towels recently. All Arrived in the wrong type of box Smash .

Please forward my concerns to the correct department . I understand the challenging times we all are experiencing , but a pattern has form that reflects No thought or care in some of the Shipping departments .

I hope my next larger order that should arrived in the next few days will be packed correctly .
