Shipping Delay
Placed order at the end of August, it’s now September 14th. Order shows still in Packaging. Received two emails that order was delayed and to expect it shortly. Still no sign it has been shipped. Called customer service to cancel, they won’t allow me to cancel, say they sent me an email and so I can’t cancel. Find this completely unacceptable. HSN, if you can’t deliver the product, I should have the option to cancel!

I’m truly sorry for the delay, @sunny6666! I do see there were some unexpected delays while shipping this order. I am happy to share that tracking shows it was delivered to your PO Box today, 9/23. Please let us know if it still hasn’t arrived.
