Shipping Cost for returns
Since HSN no longer provides a return label, you have to pay for shipping costs on all returns. When I brought my item to the post office, the cheapest shipping was $39, which is half of what I paid for the item. I decided to keep it, now I have something that I do not like and cannot use. I will not be purchasing from HSN anymore, part of the appeal was the convenience of the return policy.

Hi @beezer34, I appreciate your feedback regarding return postage. We do include a prepaid label in a lot of our items. Sadly not all of our vendors participate in our Easy Returns Program.
