
Shipping Charges…NOT Happy!!
Unfortunately I have not been paying attention, I order a lot of merchandise from HSN, for example in March it was 44 items, April was about 34 & so far this month I ordered about 20 items. I recently returned a Todays Special from Wynne & was charged $11.78 for shipping, I did not realize I was being charged for the original shipping charges plus 7.50 plus…I complained & HSN then only charged me $7.94 total for shipping, which I appreciated. My concern, I have trouble paying close to $12.00 for trying on clothes or perhaps more for shoes. I am a big HSN spender but this is truly bothering me. For now, I can no longer look at the Todays’s Special for clothing & purchase multiples if I like the product as I am NOT comfortable with what I call paying for try-on fees. I ordered the Comfort Code dresses, the sizing was off and they did not have anymore, the dresses were not all shipped together, luckily I waited and an exchange was possible, however the though of paying close to $12.00 for a $29.00 dress does not set right with me. I have been spoiled by Amazon & its free shipping. Before Prime Membership I would always spend the minimum amount to get free shipping. HSN I believe u need to review your shipping costs. Joy Mangano has found a way to provide reasonable shipping costs when purchasing multiples, thank you. In the past for I cannot remember what, I have spent over $25.00 in shipping costs & HSN packaged them in one box, so shipping costs has been a benefit for both HSN & the consumer. Am I the only one bothered by this????

That is exactly why I stopped ordering from HSN. I have been a member since 1989 with very little returns. When the shipping charges became outrageous, i simply stopped. As an FYI, ShopHQ is free shipping. They don’t have everything, but their apparel and accessories are quite nice.
