Shipment return to shipper
My orders **********. Stated couldn’t deliver to my location and returned to sender! What happened. I wanted these items but you can’t even deliver it to the mail center in my community, not impressed. Cancel and refund full amount of my orders. Very very disappointed ☹️ in HSN.

I really am sorry to hear that your orders couldn’t be delivered, @alishaheen. Sadly I only have the information that is on the USPS website, which states insufficient address. Once the orders are received back at the warehouse, we will process a refund for your orders.
