Shipment Not Tracking
I have one other issue, my order number ********** states it shipped, however, the tracking number provided comes back with an error. Will you please look into this for me, please.

Hi @tracie19, seeing that your package was shipped right before the holiday and today is the first business day after the holiday, please allow a day or so for the tracking information to be updated. I really am sorry for this inconvenience and you should receive your item on or about 12/31.

Hi my tracking hasn’t updated since July 13 and it supposed to be here by July 20 as per UPS tracking what should I do?
