It expired on February 28, 2023. It was not posted to expire after 7 days. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have now gotten two conflicting replies from you. An email I received this morning said that coupon is for new members only which is not true. Now in this forum you say it is good provided I meet the requirements so which is it? Also it is not in my account to be used.

Hi @rubydee, I am sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. I took a look and see that the 15NOW coupon is registered to your account. The coupon can be used on only one item and can only be used once by its recipient and is valid for selected customers only. This coupon is valid for $15 off your purchase of $15 or more from HSN.COM or HSN Mobile. So, if you had more than one item in your shopping bag, it wouldn’t work. Also, the item has to be $15 or more before taxes & shipping.

Wish I had taken a screenshot of the 15 off 15. It would make reporting to the BBB so much easier!
