SETTING UP YOUR NEW SYNCHRONY HSN ACCOUNT
I set up my account after I received my bill from Synchrony Bank, it had my account number on the statement that begins with a number 6, after that I went to hsn.syf.com and created my new online account.

I had no issue setting up my account since I had the old credit card number.My issue is I still have not received my new card and won’t for another 2 to 3 weeks according to customer service so I can not take advantage of all the new offers and coupons that is being offered now using the HSN card.I was told yesterday that I could place an order using a conference call and they would give the number to the person taking my order during the call..I declined .I feel the new number should have been added to my HSN account since they voided use of the old number long before mailing out the new cards.I have had other cards transfer to a new bank and the old card always worked until the new card was received.This is knocking HSN out of orders since you can’t get the offers using another credit card.
