Selling items not in stock ?

Please ask the appropriate department to correct Item #123-0325
I receive a robot call stating my item will not ship until Dec 31st ?
I called CS . Agent stated the only color available would be the Red choice . Please look at the item page . At the time I placed my order and currently , all colors show ready for purchase .
The agent basically said HSN waiting on a shipment and to keep my fingers cross ? The robotic call said HSN would cancel if the item fail to arrive after xmas !! Offer me 5 bucks if that happens .
I can’t express how upset and let down I feel . Purchase for my Husband main gift . Very difficult to shop for men , now I may not have anything to give . I purchase my teen daughter the Pro version . I spent a fortune so far with HSN for my X-mas shopping and feel awful at this point . Thank you in advance for reading my long vent. Hope you can Help .

I really am sorry that your order was canceled @ladiebiker. It looks like it was because our vendor was unable to fulfill the order.
