Seems to be a problem every time I try to make a payment
This is one of the reasons I dread shopping here, the bill payment is never ever smooth which boggles my mind since I never change anything. Tonight, same thing…come back later technical difficulties. Why is this please. I want to get things done. It’s always something.

Oh, now I see clear as mud. My HSN card is a synchricity card, put in the same user Id and PW for my HSN card and it says must be only for the synchricity card, but this is an HSN card. This is such BS really. It stresses me out to shop here, things like this. You shouldnt change payment ids or invalidate them.
