Same issue with Flexpay Scam
Put in an order and money taken and denied without reason. Customer service didn’t have one, nor did the credit officer.

I’m truly sorry you were declined for FlexPay on your orders. It doesn’t mean you will not be able to use the option on future orders. You will receive a letter in 3 business days regarding the decline.
An automatic release has been sent to your bank. It normally takes 3 business days for it to return to your account. Some financial institutions may take longer depending on their policy process. We apologize for the inconvenience that it may have caused.
