Samantha Brown To-GO Crossbody 894-923 Major Problem with Listing

I am interested in buying this metallic colored Samantha Brown Crossbody, for the last couple of days I have notified Customer Service via Live Chat Twice. The colors listed for sale are for another crossbody, NONE of the colors in the actual presentation video are listed for sale. The presentation states the colors are Metallic in Silver, Champagne, Burgandy, Blue and Silver. The color available for purchase are leopard, peacock & purple. I

Customer service rep sent a message to “marketing” during my live chat to get the crossbody information corrected, almost 3 days later there is still NO correction…this is so frustrating, how many times does one have to report a problem and be ignored?

I am so disappointed with HSN…

This is not the update I want to give, but I saw the crossbody return to the site and nothing has changed. I sent another extensive report to advise it needs to be resolved. I wish I had more to share, but I did not want you to think you were being ignored. Based on the inventory I see in our internal system and now back on the website, none of the metallic colors are available, and for some reason as I was writing the email it appears it was once again aired with this wrong information. Your frustration is completely warranted, but I hope my email has the video and description updated to reflect the colors still available as they are not the metallic variants.

So now the 894-923 Samantha Brown’s crossbody has been removed completely from the website???

I checked on this item and see it has been temporarily removed from the website. The department that manages updates is likely backed up with requests, but has not notified us of an update. The item is still available by phone and I have documented your account with the issue and added a credit to cover the shipping cost if you call to order. The colors available are indeed Purple, Leopard, and Peacock. All other colors were sold out. I’m sorry again for the inconvenience.

  So the color are in metallic polyester, when I asked this as it was listed under the details of the product, I was told No, these are not metallic polyester material, so what exact crossbody would I be ordering? This crossbody specifically states it is a metallic polyester. Can you assure me the metallic polyester crossbody comes in black, leopard and purple??

How many times does HSN need to be notified, it has been ONE week & still the Web Site for this product has NOT been corrected! What is going on? HSN is ignoring requests by it customers. The colors listed for sale do NOT correspond with the crossbody product showed. I thought HSN wanted to sell Samantha Brown’s products. Of course now the free shipping offer is also gone…Unacceptable for the website to sell the appropriate crossbody….you are losing sales!!!!!

Unbelievable….still waiting for answers from HSN….Website & crossbody have NOT been corrected!!!
