Samantha Brown Croco retractable broken handle

My 26in Samantha Brown Luggage retractable handle needs to be repaired again. I was told by the repair shop that they’re unable to get a replacement handle. Does anyone (HSN) know where I can get a replacement handle for my luggage? Austin,Texas.
