
Rudest person ever today so happy it’s my final payment.
My card had been charged several times because of scammers. Finally called to pay off account. IRS was the one that alerted me about what was going on. Customer service lady. She was very rude She rudely on the HSN side kept saying it’s a yes or no answer ! Just rude. Yes I hop you do tape calls. I’m done
