Ridiculous shipping costs

I have been an HSN member for years and I Love shopping with them however recently I purchased 5 of the same items that were on clearance for $7.50 but then had to pay $5.50 in shipping per item. Whats happening here. Someone had said that if Amazon has free shipping for prime members then HSN can do better. Its one thing to pay shipping per item if the items are different but if the items are the same and will ship in 1 box then charging shipping that costs not only more than half of the items price but also charging per item is just ridiculous. Also there are numerous HSN customers who do not spend $75 per purchase. My suggestion is that an order contains multiple items that are the same encluding (different sizes or color)you should only be charged shipping as if it was 1 item and send them together or adjust shipping costs for the orders total cost depending on the amount. For example $1 to $49 would be 5.50,$50 to $99 would be $9.99 and anything over $100 could get free shipping. If this keeps up and I’m having to pay such high shipping costs I’m afraid my days as a HSN loyal customer will be coming to an end.

I have adjusted 3 of your 4 orders that came in the same package, so you will see three refunds of $5.50 to your payment method that will reflect within 72 business hours.
