Reviews that are left based on service, mail delivery etc.

Would someone please not allow reviews based on delivery, which is out of HSN’s hands once it leaves the warehouse. Even if HSN doesn’t ship the item from the warehouse fast enough, leaving a one star review based on that is just wrong. Reviews are meant for product quality and performance. If someone has a problem with delivery and such that needs to be addressed with customer service not left on a product review page!
