reviews are missing – none displaying on products. is it only me?
this evening i keep looking at different products and wanted to see their reviews, and none are showing. 🙁

QVC has made changes to the HSN system with regard to writing reviews. All of a sudden, the HSN system is telling me to remove my ad-blocker if I want to write a review on a product. My computer was set-up by the store that I purchased it from. I have no plan to change anything on my computer in order to do business with HSN and QVC. If I cannot read reviews or write a review about a purchase, my relationship with both HSN and QVC is OVER. I will stop purchasing from HSN and QVC… and I buy a lot from HSN.

We are so sorry there is a problem with accessing and leaving reviews. Ad-blockers can interfere with viewing reviews. Whitelisting HSN.com with your ad-blocker might resolve the issue,

I have been a HSN and QVC customer for many years. The change that QVC made associated with a need for customers to remove AD Blockers from our computers will not work for me. There has been a change made to the HSN and QVC systems at the direction of QVC management that will not allow us the write product reviews until AD Blockers are removed. I hope they understand that this will have a negative impact on the amount business that they get from me and others. I read reviews before I purchase online.

I found reviews at the very bottom of the page of the item that I was thinking about buying. It was strange because I had to scroll down past “other items that I might like” to read them.

I have been saying this for a while. I cannot even leave a review. Now on your order status, it does not show items returned which is hard to figure out your orders. I thought it was because of my hp laptop having S mode. Not the case. Bring back all the information that was on order status and reviews please!

my reviews have been missing for weeks all of a sudden – I clean my cache and cookies daily – HSN is the only website where I have this problem.

There are a lot of missing reviews here too. I buy ver little in unreviewed items Bacău’s of the high cost of returns if it is a dud.

Hi @merlin88merlin. I’m sorry the reviews aren’t populating for you! I checked, and I can see reviews now. Is the issue still affecting you? I can recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Our site works well in Chrome, but other browsers work as well. Please let me know an item number or two if the problem still persists. We’ll dig deeper and see what we can find.
