I have just gotten 4 items and all I have to return due to shoddy manufacturing of the items. I am very disappointed that I also have to pay for return shipping. cannot even get a return slip to let them know how to refund to me.

I am also having a problem with telephone wait time. Never happened before. Also, I have an item that I need to return, and there is no option listed online to start my return and print a RETURN label. What’s going on?!?
