Returns?
The past 6-8 months returns have been processed weeks after item was delivered to the returns location. I have yet another one, accepted on 1/12/2023 and here it is alomost 3 weeks later and return not processed. The lag in customer service in respect to returns has really slowed my purchasing from both QVC and HSN–although QVC is much much worse.
Is there an issue I don’t know about? Returns used to be so much more timely. 18 days after receipt is ridiculous.

Worse than that. I ordered the conair hair brush and wanted to return it. MUST PAY FOR MY OWN SHIPPING AND INSURANCE.
Never again will I order without checking. (Did you even know we need to do that now?) The CS rep was gracious enough to tell me you need to check online for the item before ordering and scroll to the bottom. If you see “free exchanges” you can bet you will have to pay to return it. Read the fine print in that section and you’ll see you must pay to return and insure it on your own.
I always felt comfortable buying from HSN because of their return shipping option. Not doing it again. I will be very careful about future orders. Just as well; saving me $$ by stopping impulse shopping. I am guessing QVC is the same since they now own HSN.
