Returns
What is happened with HSN? Nothing comes with a return label lately. Making returning harder on those who have no PC access, as you cannot access return labels on a cell phone, at least I do not have a return option on my cell phone! Also Ive now made 2 payments on returned Vince Camuto Boots that did not fit! I used an HSN return label but no tracking available!! Im becoming more and more irritated with HSN

Hi @dmoe32, I am really sorry to hear that your order did not come with a return label. In order to get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible, some items may not come with a packing slip that includes a return label.
I understand the frustration when you’re unable to print out a return label. You can always reach out to us, and we’d be more than happy to have one mailed to you. We don’t recommend using a return label from another order as it could delay the refund process for the item you returned. Do mind sending us an email to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com with the tracking number so we can look into it for you?
