If you guys took time to read the receipts when it is returned to you would see that. Take a look back at my files, I always ask for Spendable Ka$h, also I never do flex pay. No wonder so many customers is walking away from HSN.

Seriously? I sent two messages right her and I also called in. Also on the return slip I mark off Spendable Ka$h, what more do I have to do?

In the future, please indicate you would like the refund to be issued to Spendable Kash on the return label.
