Returns Lately
I have returned two things using HSN’s return label. Whenever I check to see where it is through tracking it seems to always be stuck in Rochester NY post office for weeks. Cs has been great with refunding me because I used their label, but it happened again. It is stuck in Rochester. I wish HSn would do what QVC does which is refund you immediately once you ship it out. They know by the scan that you shipped it out and within an hour I have my refund.

Just when I think this couldn’t get any worse. I did contact CS and they said they would let the warehouse know that it was stuck at the post office and I would be refunded within 3-4 days. I did get an email within that time frame and I was being refunded.
Today I get an email from PayPal that I was charged for the same purchase that I was supposed to be refunded. That money was taken out of my pp balance. I contacted CS and they said that would drop off and I would see my refund. This makes absolutely no sense. Why was I charged again for something I returned and was supposed to be refunded. I am done ordering here. -
I don’t have an issue with QVC. As soon as they know it was shipped (when the post office or ups scans it, I get refunded immediately. I only wish HSN would do that.

I need to return something but will be furious if this happens to me. The mistake was HSN’s (bad sizing info on item), so why should I have to wait forever for the return to get there and be processed? As for QVC, whether I use their label or not, it still takes weeks for a refund there too. I barely buy anything from either site these days and shipping issues, along with merchandise lack of quality and inflated pricing, is precisely why. Hope you get your problem handled. So sorry it happened to you.
