Returns are a pain!
At least allow us to print a return label, like you used to. Now, I have to create my own label and wait at the post office to ship? I spend hundreds every month. Looks like I will be concentrating my purchases at QVC, who still includes return labels!

I am sorry for the inconvenience our return process has caused, @bonster2. Sadly, not all of our items offered participate in our easy return process. Items that do participate, you should be able to print out the label via your order status on HSN.com.
