Returning Damaged item-shipping costs
I am trying to return a damaged item. In one area it tells me that I don’t have to pay anything up front and in another it says I have to pay shipping costs. I don’t understand why I have to pay shipping costs for something that arrived damaged. Please help me with this.

@carlap2, you are never responsible for return shipping cost for damaged or defective items. Some items do not come with an EZ Return label but if you reach out to us we can send you a prepaid label for return. Which item arrived damaged?

It used to be you did not get charged to return damaged items unless you did not get a non pay up front return shipping label from HSN. I would call Customer Service and find out how to return the item without cost to you. Good luck!
