Returned a month ago still. no refund

I returned order Colleen Lopez 2-piece Easy Knit Jumpsuit and Cropped Cardigan was suppose to receive 58.00 refund. It shows up on my account as Refund Issued 8/25/2021 $58.00 but its still not showing up in my account. I have looked every few days still not there. I did a live chat was told it was processed but it hasn’t.

I made a return over a month ago. When I didn’t get a credit on my account I checked the return status and saw it did not say returned. I called last week to check the status and I was told it was showing my item was in transit. I just checked online again it it still doesn’t show return. If this pkg sits in transit, does that mean I won’t get a refund.?
