On 7/8/2020 I dropped off a return at the post office, got a receipt, since then I haven’t been able to get any tracking, besides the fact that my package was given to the return agent that day, since then I only get the same message, on my account here I get the message [oops you have no return] so what happened to it? what should I do? in the past I’ve sent back things a few times, nothing like this has ever happened. What should I do?
