Return
How the heck do you start a return? For the life of me I cannot figure it out and of course the item did not have a packing g slip.

Thank you for the response. I will be reaching out further as it .akes no sense that as a paying customer to HSN that I am not able to print a return label that includes all pertinent information included. Instead I must handwrie a “note” myself. My HSN days are limited.

@coopers-mom I understand your concerns with the return process for the nail kits. We value your feedback, please know that this will be reviewed for future improvements. This item is a return on your own since the vendors do not participate in our EZReturn label program. I hope that you’ll find yourself shopping with us again. If you need further assistance, please send an email to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com with your order number(s) and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you.

@coopers-mom I am really sorry to find out you’ll be making a return. Typically, you can locate Return Options from your Order Status list of purchases. What item are you planning to send back? We are happy to help and provide any instructions you may need.

It is for the 4 piece Londowtown Nail kit. I recently learned that I have to mail it to them and handwrite a note requesting a refund to be issued. This does not sit well with me. I purchased through HSN not the manufacture. Oh, I was told if it was defective then you would be able to help. Please explain how this makes sense? Is HSN a clearing house or something? Think my days are limited with HSN. It is very important that an easy way of returning items is in effect. Having to hand write a note requesting a refund to an outside company dies not sound easy.
