I have a return I’d like to make but I may be too late. I received the item on Sept 20: is it too late?

You can, but it’s not required. The package will be scanned upon arrival and the exception is already set in the system.

I’m truly sorry for the delay in my response, @carcone! I see two orders of booties that were ordered on 9/15. Sadly, the Holiday return period didn’t begin until 9/25. Though it’s just a few days outside of the 30-day return timeframe, I set an exception to allow these items to still be returned within 15 days. If it was something different that you wanted to return, please let me know and I would be happy to reassess our options.
