Return shipping
No one picks up phone for a call waiting to make a return. Return policy is horrible now. You have to pay return shipping! My biggest complaint about this is I tried to cancel order before it was even submitted to the supplier (in less than 24 hrs.) but was told I would have to wait until I receive order before it could be returned. Obviously, no option to cancel! So, I ended up paying shipping for item to be shipped to me and to send item back to HSN. BS if you ask me. But here is my advice, set policy with your dollars. Quit buying from companies that become arrogant and start doing this kind of thing. REMEMBER BUD LIGHT! They still haven’t recovered from their bad business decision. I’ll NEVER by from HSN again and will be canceling my account.
