Return policy – misleading advertising!
I ordered six Mophie chargers. They were $10.99 plus $3.50 S&H and .87 cents sales tax, a total of $16.36 apiece. They were advertised as working wih any phone. WRONG, out of six, only two were able to be used. Their mistake is not my fault. I returned four and paid return shipping of $9.70 cents out of pocket. When I called customer service I was told I would have $9.70 credited to my account. My original shipping charge for the four returned ones totaled $14.00. Why am I only being credited $9.70 when I paid $14.00 in shipping in the first place?

Hi @bumblehead, I apologize for the confusion our return policy has provided. When an item is returned and the customer has paid the return shipping on their own, we will only refund what was paid when you paid to return it. All other shipping costs are refunded once the item is received and processed by the warehouse.
