Hello, I finally received my order (2 weeks) warp jeans. Shawn on chat waved my return fees for this order., And they will be returning by USPS today. (Not our style wrong cut) thank you

I got a notice today of a purchase yesterday, since I didn’t buy anything I checked it, it’s 7.50 .I’m guessing it’s for return shipping? I have a copy of my chat with Shawn, where/how do I send it to HSN??

Correction 7.95 and I also noticed you figure the tax after you add shipping charges but you do not add it to the return. ??

Hi @bootcrazy, I am so sorry that a refund hadn’t been issued for your order. I did go ahead and process your refund of $28.38 back to your original payment method. You should see your refund within 72 business hours.
