Return item
It says I was refunded 46.49. but was not returned 19.99. I talked to CS on Thursday and she said it was returned in order it was received. I don’t understand why the 19.99 is not showing up it was the flexpay for Amazon fire item.

Hi @nanaskids, I really am sorry to hear of the concern your refund has caused. I took a look at your return and see that we issued a refund for $26.50 and $19.99, which are the first and second FlexPay of your order. All the future FlexPays have been canceled.
