Return credit
I can’t find my account number to contact customer service by email because I received this email confirming my return. It’s been 5 days now and the refund they said would take place right away has not happened yet.

A Refund: If you did not request an exchange or in-store credit, a refund has been issued to your method of payment.
Spendable kash: If you requested an in-store credit, it has been credited to your account.
Exchange: If you requested an exchange you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it leaves our warehouse.

Update: Back in Sept. I was informed that I would not receive my credit because I returned the items too late. Okay. They also said that the items would be returned back to me.
So just how long am I supposed to wait for my items to come back to me?
I was busy at work since I am an “essential personnel” So I don’t really have the time or energy to post on FB much less HSN.
Sorry. I love HSN but social media is not my forte. -
I RETURNED 5 items. waiting for credits. do you get it after they receive it?

Yes it is. They said that since I didn’t make a request as how to be refunded, they would credit back my HSN card.
I’m worried because I used more than one card at different times.

@mrscelia, I see that we received it on 8/18. I’m unable to request a refund until we’ve had it for 8 days. Please let us know if you don’t receive a refund by the end of 8/26.

It’s September 1st. No refund. Did it go to the wrong account?

Credit has not been applied yet. It should be going back to my hsn credit.

@mrscelia, I’m sorry to see this has not been credited back. I’ve reached out for assistance with refunding the original method of payment on the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect these funds.

Sorry you feel this way, @mrscelia. I reached out for assistance with this and was informed that your order was past the return time frame when it was received. The order is currently being returned to you. I was informed that you were called and a voicemail was left explaining this.

Looking for an update. A month is a bit long for a return credit.

UGH. 3 wks the 18 will have been a month since HSN sent me a confirmation that a refund HAS BEEN ISSUED. That’s past tense. They must have sent the refund to someone else’s account.
