Request Order Cancellation

HSN Customer Service,

I ordered “As Is” Uncover Long-Sleeve V-Neck Print Tunic
ITEM 800-907 for $9.99. When I checked out, I did not see where I was charged $5.95 for shipping.

When I just looked, I noticed the charge. I would like to cancel that order.

I didn’t know what was going on. I had an email receipt with no shipping charged, but my HSN account did. That was confusing, to say the least.

I’m so sorry that you were charged shipping on this order, @undawnted! While I am unable to cancel the order at this time, I did refund the $5.95 shipping. You’ll see this back on your original method of payment within 72 hours. If you still don’t want these once they are received, you can return them within 30 days for a refund.
