
Removing blocks on my account
I’ve had 2 blocks on my account for years now didn’t even know they were issued until i called to return something and the rep told me she couldn’t because i have 2 blocks on my account prohibiting any credits or spendable kash,i was NEVER informed of my blocks,no letter,no email,no call,my account has NEVER been in collections or never been late/closed,I’ve been shopping at HSN for over 20 years spend alot of money,why can’t these blocks be removed,it been years now,why would blocks be permanent from years ago,if you don’t owe HSN any money?
