Registering with Synchrony for HSN account
So do we use our existing HSN account number to register at Synchrony, because they say we are getting a new card and account number sometime in September, but what about payment due before then, can we pay online aftering registering 0n 8/26 and use our existing HSN account number? This is very confusing and not enough explanation. I did get a letter in mail a while ago saying after 8/23 would not be able to access our Comenity account online, and on 8/26 to register online at hsn.syf.com, and new cards and account number would be issued sometime in September, but just wondering if I use my existing HSN account number while registering on 8/26 at hsn.syf.com?

I’m sorry for the concern caused by the letter you received, @purpleiris774. In looking at your account, I can see your HSN card was added on 9/7/2024.

I am having a problem registering with Synchrony for my HSN account. I received a letter today telling me I have not registered my card. I logged into my HSN account, but couldn’t register because I didn’t see the Register button. I will try again.

Am I the only customer who feels BOTH HSN and QVC have lost their credibility? The products are so inferior, clothes are so ugly and always the same, and the prices have increased tremendously. I read some of the community notices and I hear how wonderful this is or that. Then why do I return more than I keep and get a nasty notice from QVC? Does anyone else feel the same? I think it’s just time to pay off my credit and close up shop.

Totally ridiculous. HSN says I have a Card, synchrony says I don’t. HSN will not give me the card number. I haven’t used it in 2.5 yrs. Hence,I cannot open an HSN card to purchase with the credits in my account. Maybe an omen. I wanted to purchase a 300$ item today.
