Regarding my HSN Account
First most important thing is I’m trying to keep up with HSN pymts , I did do the Flex Pay and in information I entered was correct .. I don’t understand why it’s not working for HSN.
Second as a value customer I wanted to see if you could please wave any late fees if I have any .. due to COVID19 it has been really tough these couple of months . My husband is not getting any over time which we counted on that over to pay are credit cards.. I’m working on to pay HSN in full .. please let me know what my remaining balance is .. thanks 🙏 oh also I didn’t have a phone for couple of months..
