Refund
I placed an order for a laptop and I wanted to use flex pay. I get all the way to submitting my order and it tells me I can’t do it. Yet it takes the money out of my account anyway. I want my money back. I am highly upset.

@sharbear12, sorry to hear we weren’t able to fulfill your order on FlexPay. Since the order was cancelled, we’re sending a reverse authorization to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the order. You’ll see them remove the pending hold off your card likely within the next 3 business days.
