Just tried ordering something and my flex pay was denied but you took my 239.00. I want it released! Looks like nobody is ever eligible for your flex pay, that’s odd! Of we’ll, lost my business. I should have used affirm as I always do! Thanks affirm, my vacuum is on the way!! Everyone use affirm!!

@bliss34 I am really am sorry to hear that your order has been canceled. Please know that this does not mean you will not be able to utilize FlexPay on your future orders. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
