Refund
I don’t understand why the card isn’t eligible for flex pay however you still take the money off the account. Please let my bank know to refund my money on the account with the email at **********. It doesn’t make sense for my card to not meet your requirements for my purchase but meet your requirements to take money out of my account.

I’m sorry to see that your order had be canceled, @natalie96473. I took a look and see that our system had already sent an electronic request to your financial institution to request the funds to be released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
